When a physical disability or other medical condition requires professional therapy treatment, come to Diamond Ridge Health and Rehabilitation Center. Our well qualified therapists have many years of experience working in their chosen specialties.
We offer Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy 7 days a week. We also offer out patient Physical Therapy, Occupiational Therapy, and Speech Therapy 3-5 times per week available 6 days a week.
Specialty programs consist of Vital Stim, a new concept in treating swallowing difficulties; Anodyne Therapy to assist with pain management, Low Vision, a program for Occupational Therapy to treat visual deficits, Nu-Step, for a new level of Physical Therapy.
The goal of the Rehabilitation Department is to achieve the highest level of independence through intensive rehabilitation and therapies.
Our trained therapists will coordinate with your doctor to create a personalized program to best meet your needs. A qualified staff member will accompany residents to all scheduled doctor appointments in order to keep physician updated on the resident's progress.
