Our staff is highly qualified in identifying and meeting the needs of your family member. Each resident has his or her own planned program that emphasizes medical and social care.
Caring for a loved one must sometimes be a shared responsibility. Whether it be a short or long term period of rehabilitation we are proud to share that responsibility with you.
While rooms are available in either private or semi-private settings, residents accommodations are established with the resident and roommate compatibility in mind.
Resident participation and socialization is strongly encouraged.
Planned social programs are ongoing as well as off premise outings.
Families are encouraged to visit and are formally invited for various in-house events.

The Dementia and Alzheimer's Center at Diamond Ridge was designed, built and staffed to specifically provide the best care for our residents.
It is staffed with round-the-clock trained professionals to allow your loved one to remain mobile and active but without the worry of becoming confused and lost.
Our special programs promote structure and routine which Dementia and Alzheimer's residents need.
It includes physical and extracurricular activities that address their shorter attention span while enhancing and encouraging their personal independence.
Our facility was created with a protective enclosed courtyard for safety.
